Cold chain management

Uninterrupted cold chain delivery from farm to delivery. Cold chain management is critical in ensuring we maintain our high quality standards. This is why once product is harvested and enters our cold chain network at the farm (cold trucks), the cold chain is maintained up to the delivery point prescribed by our customers.

PACK House

Our pack house is distinguished by its HACCP certification, signifying our unwavering commitment to upholding stringent food safety standards. We take pride in consistently delivering products that meet the rigorous criteria of HACCP, providing our customers with confidence in the safety and integrity of our food processing

Transportation

We have strong working relationships with all airlines that fly in and out of Uganda. We have a partnership agreement in place. Additionally, we also work with Ethiopian Airlines and KLM. Kandor Exports is also capable of shipping avocadoes via sea, through either Mombasa or Dar Es Salaam port (transit time of <35 days to Europe and Middle East).

Quality Management System

We have a skilled sorting and packaging team, which strictly adheres to the guidelines and standard operating procedures formulated from international best practices. Our quality assurance team is dedicated to ensuring that all produce is of high quality.

Traceability

Our traceability system ensures that we are able to trace back which product was produced where and by whom.
